Every product featured on Habbana contains a size chart. Click on it to know your size.
If you like a product and can’t find it in your size, just email us at email@example.com mentioning the product code along with the size you want and we promise to notify you as soon it comes back in stock.
Yes, you can do that but we recommend you to purchase the product at that time as each product is subject to availability and price adjustments in the future.
To check the present status of your order, go to My Account, enter your login details. You will see your Order History with the FULFILLMENT STATUS. A Fulfilled status means your order has been dispatched and can be tracked.
To apply a coupon code, click on your Cart and Proceed to checkout. Enter your coupon code on click apply. Please note, you can only apply one coupon code during your purchase.
Changed your mind? Simply click on Update Cart. To edit the quantity, click on the ‘+’ or ‘–’ sign whereas to cancel specific item of your order, click on the remove button of that item to remove it from your shopping list.
We dispatch goods from warehouses located at different locations across the country. If you have received only part of your order, chances are that the remainder of your order is already on its way to you.
When we're out of stock for one of our designs/products on the website, on popular demand we try and bring that particular product back into stock. These orders reflect as back orders in your cart so that you are aware that these are currently out of stock and will have a delay in delivery of the product.
Sometime we run out of stock in our dispatch center but the stock is available in our warehouse. It takes about 2 weeks for the products to reach our dispatch center and pass through our quality check and stock them over the website. After you have placed your order with us, it should take 15-20 days for your order to be dispatched from our center. Please note, unlike normal orders whose inventory is maintained by Habbana and dispatched within 48 hours, back orders are shipped within 15 to 20 days, hence we DO NOT deliver these in 3-4 business days.
We offer free and extremely safe packaging for all of our product categories.
We package our products in tamper-proof, sealed packaging with dollops of love. However in the rarest of events, if you happen to receive tampered packaging, please don’t accept the package and give us a call or write us an email. Once your request reaches us, we will be happy to send a replacement.
[Packaging] How do you pack my fragile (and expensive) products like perfumes, shampoos so that they don't break in transit?
We totally understand that transit-process can be very rough on fragile products like glass bottles, etc. At Habbana.com, we ensure top-notch packaging for all our products. All fragile, leak-able items are first wrapped in LOTS of bubblewrap, then wrapped in corrugated sheets and then safely buried in a corrugated box (if it helps, we've shipped thousands of such orders without any spillage or damage :) )
We don’t charge shipping fee for orders worth Rs. 1000 and above. For, orders less than Rs. 1000 we do levy standard shipment charges of Rs. 99 at the time of checkout.
Not long. As soon you place the order, our dispatch team gets started. Every single order is processed within 48 hours and shipped as soon as the order is processed. You will get an email confirmation with tracking ID as soon as the product is shipped from our warehouse. It takes about seven days for your order to reach you. In fact, if you’re ordering from a tier I city, chances are that your order will reach you sooner than expected.
If your shipment address is different from the billing address, enter the same in the corresponding column before checking out.Please note that in case of COD orders, the transaction amount will be collected from the shipping address.
You can pay for your purchase with any Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card/Net Banking and through PayTm wallet. We also have cash on delivery available for a nominal fee.
Yes, you can pay after receiving the goods at your doorstep. Also, we don’t exercise a limit on value of purchase for this payment option. So, you can shop for any amount you want to and make payment after receiving your purchase.
We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 99 for all COD orders.

[Payment] What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card and the amounts gets credited and still I get a message that Order is not successfully placed.
In an extremely rare situation like this, we will refund back the amount to you within 7-10 business days. Just contact us through email or call us on our customer care number with the details of your transaction and we promise to refund your money within 10 days, maximum.
If you simply want to return a product, you can return it within 5 days in unused condition with original tags and packaging. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Certain categories may not fall in the 5 days return policy. Please go to our return & refund policy to check the list.
To help us process your returns quickly, please keep these three points in mind-· Inform us within 15 days from the date of receiving the product by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.· Send us a detailed email with an invoice number.· Double-check the invoice number before hitting the send button.
The amount is refunded to you within 7 business days after the product has been received at our warehouse and surpassed our quality control process. If you received a damaged product, we will give you an option of either replacing the product or claiming a refund. If you don’t like the product, you can still return it. In such a situation we will give you store-credit of the equivalent amount of your product minus the shipping charges that you may have borne through a unique coupon code, which will be emailed to you. You can use this store credit anytime within a period of three months from the date of issue.
